INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (Art 13, Lgs. Decree n° 196/2003 and GDPR 679/2016)

Dear Guest,

we wish to inform you that the Italian Privacy Code and the European Data Protection Regulation GDPR 679/2016, makes provisions to safeguard individuals and entities with respect to personal data processing.

Your personal data - conveyed by electronic means - will only be used where strictly necessary and solely for the declared purpose. All data will in any case be processed lawfully, with the maximum reserve, transparency and good faith, guaranteeing both your rights and privacy.

Your personal details will be transmitted to the police authorities in accordance with Art. 109 of current Police Dispositions (Testo Unico di pubblica sicurezza R.D. 773 – 1931).

Personal data may be transmitted in accordance with Art. 109 (above) without your prior consent – since this is a National Public Security law.

Data will not be conveyed to third parties, nor will it be disseminated.

Personal data will be revealed to those data processors responsible of data processing or persons in charge of the processing and the police authorities.

We further inform you that personal details must be provided; if withheld, the Residence will be unable to accept you as a guest.

With your consent, Personal Data can be processed for customer satisfaction, marketing or promotional activities. Possible particular (sensitive) data will be processed with explicit consent to the processing of such personal data for one or more specific purposes with a view to supplying specific goods.

Your data will be retained according to the time indicated by the current legislation and until the aforementioned purposes will be achieved, then will be deleted. With your consent personal data may be retained for a maximum period of 3 years.

They above may be contacted at any time in application of your rights pursuant to Art. 7 Lgs. Decree 196/03 and Chapter III GDPR 679/2016, particularly the right to obtain:

1. confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you exist and the logic applied to the processing;

2. updating, rectification or integration of the data;

3. erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully;

4. The right to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning you;

5. The right to obtain a copy of the personal data being processed as well as the right to data portability.

Furthermore, it is possible to exercise the right to lodge a complaint to the Privacy Supervisor Authority according to Artt. 77 and ss Chapter VIII GDPR.
